For the latest ABS, Proportioning Valve (PV) was added to the system.

It is placed just below the ABS modulator.

Rest of the pipes for the PV installed and connected briefly.

Time to start tightening each fittings to the specified torque before installing the two pipes to the master cyl.

Otherwise, you will struggle to swing your torque wrench.

Secure the GND and SCS terminal nearby.

There was another loom already installed for another device so used black sealant to secure all of the looms and seal the grommet slit at the firewall.

After removing most of the brake pipes under the bonnet, it’s time for the spaghetti juggling again.

You will need to install 8 new brake pipes.

You may need extra time if you have never done this before.

Once the old pipes are removed, it’s good time to clean the area as you won’t get so many opportunities to clean these areas.

Sealed the brake master cyl ports as it is time consuming task to get rid of tiny bubbles from the cyl without taking it off the car and bench bleeding it first.

Original ABS removed. Heavy and quite big.
