Time to pressure bleed the entire system. The traditional theory of bleeding from the furthest point from the brake master cyl won’t apply for some of the modern cars. There were so many extra cables inside the cabin under the dashboard and it took me extra hours to remove the original ABS controller as well as tidying up the cables. For the latest ABS, Proportioning Valve (PV) was added to the system. It is placed just below the ABS modulator. Rest of the pipes for the PV installed and connected briefly. Time to start tightening each fittings to the specified torque before installing the two pipes to the master cyl. Otherwise, you will struggle to swing your torque wrench. ...

Installed the ABS Upgrade Loom. Secure the GND and SCS terminal nearby. There was another loom already installed for another device so used black sealant to secure all of the looms and seal the grommet slit at the firewall.

Holders and clips installed, pipes in position but fittings are not torqued yet until all connections are made to fix the final position of each pipes to prevent them from twisting. ABS modulator bracket installed and torqued. Modulator briefly installed for positioning of pipes. More to follow…
