I have my own policy of not dealing with any services requiring the removal of header or exhaust manifold without having access to the spare O2 sensor.

In order to replace the Oil pan, I need to remove the OEM Front exhaust down pipe and although I don’t need to touch the Front O2 sensor, I still prefer having the spare ...

  2. Testing the Latest ABS modulator

    by , 30-12-2010 at 12:17 PM (Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer)

From time to time, the accuracy and the reliability of new parts are not up to one’s expectation. For example, there has been some failed units reported on the latest ABS modulator even from new.

Therefore, it is always important to test it before the installation.
You don’t want to install and upgrade to the latest ABS only to find the failure at the control board…

  3. Quick Service on My NSX

Replaced the fixing screw at the Front Turn Signal housings.

I think some of the members posted exactly the same issue in the Forum section in the past.

Not sure why this kind of material and design were used for this screw but sooner or later, it will corrode and make your life very difficult when trying to remove the housing.

You can still replace the light bulbs (turn signal and small/parking) from the top without ...

  4. It would be nice ...

    by , 28-12-2010 at 10:36 PM (Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer)

HTML code is blocked on NSXCB posts so for the time being, the Blog will look very simple compared to other Blog provided by Yahoo and so on.

It would be really nice if I can have ‘Display All’ feature so that I can load all of the Blog entries in a certain category without clicking on ‘Read More’ buttons for each entries.

For example, like my NSX Health Check Service (Click here!) thread, if there are multiple posts or Blog entries, it ...

  5. ABS Upgrade Loom by KSP Engineering

    by , 27-12-2010 at 09:13 PM (Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer)

Recently, I placed an order to KSP Engineering for their ABS upgrade loom.

    http://kspweb.jp/shopdetail/004008000001/046/001/order/

Today, I received the message from them that they have shipped the looms out.

I think it will take a while due to the bad weather we had recently but I hope I’ll receive them at the beginning of January.

So, for those who ordered it, it’s on its way now from Japan…
