    The owner is already aware of this but the CAT flange plate is just about surviving.
    The bolt and nut will break off at some point in the future.
    Not much point in trying to repair them as they will break off immediately. Just keep using them and take it to the exhaust shop once they get close to the limit of their life.

    Started to work on another NSX from last week.
    The service menu is to carry out the annual service, health check and investigate sudden increase of rpm for a fraction of a second under re-start condition.

    I looked at this NSX several years ago and although the ownership changed during that period, I knew the previous condition and how owners looked after it so thought it’s going to be a quick turn around.
