The NA2 NSX-R use the same rear sway bar as the standard NSX.
Both have 17,5 mm rear stabilizer.

If you want a beefed up OEM rear anti roll bar the S and S-zero have them (not sure if all years). Don't ask me why though. I don't have one to sell either just a bit of trivia for the day.
