This is to say a big thank you to Detlef at Procar Specials. I would have given him a positive rating on NSX Prime ... having been invited to do so ... had I been a member there ... but as I'm not ... I felt that this is almost as good ... thanks very much Detlef.
Having recently brought a couple of replacement seats from him ... I was really impressed with the level of communication ... and the quality of customer service.
I was sent a good selection of photos of the seats ... showing the condition of them ... I was kept very well informed of how the order was moving along ... i.e. when they would be packaged up ... the cost of delivery ... the date of despatch ... and the tracking number so I could monitor the progress of the delivery.
There are absolutely no grounds to complain about a single aspect of my experience.
I would definitely buy from Procar Specials again ... if there are items I need from them in future.
