What a long day….. Even after soaking the bolts and nuts with penetrating oil, still some of them were really seized and didn’t want to move. Finally, most of them started to move so applied silicone spray and grease in preparation for the alignment service this week. ...

For the first time after started working on this NSX, managed to take it out for the test driving session. Not fun driving with A/C setup at 32degC but to push as much air as possible back to the header tank, no other options. As soon as started driving, activated the ABS several times. The accumulator on this NSX seemed to be very healthy as the pump didn’t kick in even after 3 times the ABS was activated. ...
Cleaned the battery holder case. It will make the area bit untidy but I prefer applying copper grease around the battery posts to prevent future corrosion. New battery installed. The spare tyre holder will be installed after investigating the excessive current draw if the door was locked. ...
As in the earlier post, there were lots and lots of leaves, dust, etc inside the evapo of this NSX. Quite normal for our NSX as there is no pollen filter at the entrance of the blower motor fan. In fact, there is nothing at all to prevent the debris from entering the fan so almost everything will be directed to the surface of the evapo. Because of this, it is highly recommended to wash the evapo once a year ...
