Once again, time to work on the drive shaft. Although both spindle nut were very tight, managed to remove them by soaking them in the penetrating oil over night. While letting the excess MTF to drain out, installed the Right shaft. Applied silicone grease to the body of suspension bolts and torqued them under 1G condition. Staked the spindle nut to lock it. Just need to finish the ABS flushing and TH Butterfly service tomorrow. ...

Finished the refurbishment of the Left and Right Drive shaft. Before and After. Installed the Left drive shaft and filled the GBox with MTF-3.
In the process of rebuilding the Left drive shat as I want to be able to start the engine with MTF inside the GBox soon. This is how the inboard and outboard spider/tripod should be aligned with 60deg offset. Had to stop here for the day for emergency support for my main business. ...
