    by , 18-05-2011 at 11:15 PM (Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer)

Before putting everything back on the car during TB/WP/Valve service, decided to replace the Fuel Filter while there is extra space around the area.

Photo and PC Display won’t show the actual colour without calibration but the fuel came out from the old filter was light brown so not too bad.

New filter and washers waiting to be installed.

Rear bank valve clearance adjustment was double checked and done.

In the process of putting everything back in place.

As mentioned previously, it is always good idea to use the alignment pin (parallel punch) for the Front bank cam shaft to align the bolt holes during the installation ...

This one is going to be returned to the owner so that he can keep it in his glove box as an emergency spare.

All of them masked and ready to be sprayed.

Now I just need to find some time to test these two boards using my NSX with test driving ...
  5. Air Con CCU Board Service B-01

Recently, another owner sent in his CCU board to my place.

It was intermittent but most of the time, nothing showed up on the display and thus, nothing worked.

This board was the original spec so even if the NSX was kept in really nice condition, there is no chance in preventing the CCU issue to happen.
