While dealing with the TB/WP/Valve service, it is easier to work on the cooling system in parallel so started replacing the coolant hoses. This NSX is RHD, NA2, DBW, MT model so 21 hoses in total. During the winter when I work on the cooling system, I normally place the hoses on the oil heater to keep them warm to assist the installation. ...
Just keep removing the parts…. Noticed that during the last TB service, some of the bolts for the TB mid covers were not placed back and missing. Not the first time to see this and quite common human error, I’m afraid. Due to the valve cover gasket not replaced or not installed properly during the last TB service, there were lots of oil seepage behind the crank pulley. ...
