Time to remove all four cam shafts for inspection. Front and Rear ones removed. As seen on other NSX, the tiny oil jet at the cam holder was trapping dirty black residue. Another reason to replace engine oil regularly even you cover very little mileage per annum. ...

TB removed. The area behind the TB drive pulley was very clean. This photo was taken before cleaning anything. The crank oil seal was also very clean so no need to replace. WP removed. Looks very clean in the photo but …. It was already making small noise from the bearing. ...

Front and Rear valve Cover removed. On the later model, the routing of blowby gas was changed to prevent the issue of excessive oil mist entering the intake manifold under high G cornering.
