    From time to time, I support Honda dealers and other garages through my services.
    This time, I was asked to refurbish the CCU board at very short notice.

    At that time, I was massively behind with the service on the NSX (and still I am….) so I told the representative that I would not have enough time to meet the time limit especially without knowing the level of damages to the existing board.

    Addition to the Bose AMP and Alpine Audio Head Unit, I was working on the A/C CCU board for another owner recently.

    The owner bought the NSX recently and noticed that the fan speed control only operates when it was set at the max speed setting so typical CCU board failure mode.
    Basically, when the fan speed is set at max, it bypass the power transistor’s base voltage duty control and simply triggers the blower high speed relay and applies battery voltage on the blower motor resulting
